Undocumented in source but is binding to Windows. You might be able to learn more by searching the web for its name.

Value	Meaning
FILE_NAME_NORMALIZED`0x0`	Return the normalized drive name. This is the default.
FILE_NAME_OPENED`0x8`	Return the opened file name (not normalized).
